The Insane Revenge Quest to Destroy the USS Philadelphia

The USS Philadelphia was one of the US Navy’s best warships, but it ran aground and was captured by Tripolitan Pirates during the Barbary Wars. The Navy couldn't stand for that so they hatched an insane revenge scheme. Stephen Decatur and a disguised crew sailed into Tripoli Harbor to light the USS Philadelphia on fire. If the United States couldn't have the ship - no one could.
